How to Use Listerine Cool Mint Mouthwash
Listerine Cool Mint Mouthwash is effective when used after brushing, twice a day alongside your regular teeth brushing routine.
To use follow the steps below:
- Pour 4 teaspoons of mouthwash into a glass (20ml).
- Empty the cup into your mouth and rinse around your teeth and gums. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
- Once you have rinsed your mouth, gargle the mouthwash for a further 30 seconds.
- Spit the mouthwash into the the sink, and rinse away residue.
